Ben Greene second post

I just about gave up on this one. It was really frustrating me up until I didn't care any more...then it started to come together, haha.
It's been a whirlwind couple of weeks. Sorry for not posting anything. Hope to have more soon.

Stormy Beach Practice

Here's some practice from one of the week3 images. See if you can figure out which one.

I was thinking it might be fun to do some mattes with some of these images eventually.

Danny Araya Post#1

I spent about an hour on this. I feel sad after seeing Ben's study of awesome

Ben Greene first post

So here's a study I did today. I was trying to shoot for under 1.5 hours but after chasing kids and feeding cats, it probably was closer to 2 hours, blah. This came out kinda rough, being my first color study in a long time so I'm looking forward to comparing this one to newer studies after a few weeks. Anyone else able to post this week? Cheers!

Welcome

Welcome to The Plein Air Cheaters blog. The goal is that each week will see a post of three new photos of various environments. We will then have that week to do studies, renderings, or whatever you decide will help you most and post the results to the blog by the end week. I encourage you to comment on each others posts, give critiques, ask questions, and learn from each other as well as the photos. Also, don't forget to have fun, experiment, explore, and encourage.

RULES:
- Please post your NAME as your post's title so we know who's posting what.

- If you are logged in and posting a comment, please identify yourself in the comment.

- Feel free to promote your own work through links and news but please refrain from posting any work that is not related to this blog's purpose.

- Feel free to use images from previous weeks too. You don't have to be restricted to just the images for the current week.
